Some important information before you follow

Boundaries
♥ Do not repost or steal my art, characters, stories, etc. If you would really like to repost my art, ask me for permission first.
♥ Do Not Interact (DNI) if you are an NFT account, AI art supporter, and/or fit the basic Do Not Interact (DNI) criteria.
♥ Please do not make excessive comparisons between my characters and the Warrior Cats series. While comparisons can sometimes be fun, it can be debilitating trying to point out the differences between them over and over again.
♥ Fanart and fanfiction are welcome and appreciated! Feel free to draw/write the characters I've made as long as it is not offensive or NSFW.

Terms of Service

GENERAL
♥ Commissions are for Personal Use only unless commercial rights are purchased. (Additional fees apply depending on service.)
♥ My artwork may be used for personal display such as profile pictures, banners, posting on Socials with Credit, or printing for yourself, but may not be used for profit without prior agreement.
♥ AI/NFT use is strictly prohibited. My work may not be used in AI datasets, engines, or minted as NFTs.
♥ I reserve the right to decline commissions outside my abilities or for subjects I will not draw.
♥ Communication is important. If I do not receive a response within 1 week, I will proceed and deliver the artwork as is.
♥ You receive 2 free revisions (sketch stage only). Additional revisions cost $15 each, paid before I continue. Please provide all feedback at the sketch stage.PAYMENTS & FEES
♥ All payments are upfront in full through the agreed platform.
♥ Payments to proposals should be paid fully within 2 weeks or will be declined.
♥ A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) fee of $50 applies if you request that I do not post your commission publicly or use it as part of my Portfolio.
♥ Complexity Fee is between $10-100) for all Commissions.
♥ If a Commissioner wishes to buy Commercial Use AFTER a commission, the prices will be: Streamer Commercial Use ($25 USD) and Merchandise Commercial Use ($60 USD)REVISIONS
♥ Revisions are only available during the sketch phase.
♥ Once sketches are approved, no further changes will be made unless due to an error on my part. Mistakes I make will always be corrected at no cost.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
♥ Commissions may take up to 1 month depending on complexity, queue, health, work, or personal matters.
♥ I will keep you updated if delays occur.
♥ If you wish to skip the Queue and be Priority, the fee will be $10-20 USD depending on the type of Commission. You will have to Directly Message me or state in the Request forms that you wish for a Rush Fee.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
I, the artist, retain all rights to the commissioned artwork. You are purchasing usage rights, not ownership of the artwork itself.I may use the artwork to:
Promote myself and my services.
Post on social media and in my portfolio.
Create prints/merchandise (for fanart commissions only).Exceptions:
If an NDA was purchased, the artwork will not be posted or used for promotional purposes.REFUNDS
♥ I may cancel and refund a commission at any time.
♥ You may cancel before payment is made.
♥ Once payment is received, refunds are not available unless I cancel the commission.
♥ Chargebacks are strictly prohibited.Filing a chargeback will:
♥ Forfeit your rights to use the artwork.
♥ Place you on a public blacklist (with evidence).
♥ Allow me to resell or reuse the artwork as I see fit.
♥ Result in a formal complaint against you.COMMISSIONER RIGHTS
You may:
♥ Use the artwork for personal purposes only (unless commercial rights are purchased).
♥ Print the art for yourself.
♥ Post it on Social Media with credit to me "@willowwispp".
You may NOT:
♥ Use the artwork commercially without permission.
♥ Commission art/services using my Design/Work. (if not an Adopt/OC you own or fanart.)
♥ Claim the artwork as your own or fail to credit me.
♥ Remove signatures/watermarks.
♥ Resell or redistribute the artwork.
♥ Modify the artwork without my consent.
♥ Use artwork purchased for Personal Use in merch, streaming, or commercial projects.BLACKLIST POLICY
♥ Breaking these rules may result in a permanent public blacklist (with evidence).
♥ The blacklist may be shared with other artists.FINAL AGREEMENT
♥ By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of the terms above.
